Mobile Mini @ the ‘Urbis’ Manchester.

The “Urbis,” (Manchester City’s Art Gallery) was holding an event over a 6-week period called “Fakie Rock, sound and skate board workshop.” We were asked to provide a portable mini ramp that had to be suitable for both experienced and inexperienced skaters as the exhibition was open to the public.
The ramp had to be erected within 20 minutes and be able to withstand all standards of skaters. It also had to be wired to a sound system so that the riders of the ramp could create a piece of music whilst skating the ramp.
The events were a success and most skaters walked away with another few tricks in their bags.
